I have spent 20+ years doing one thing: helping leaders design and execute strategies that actually work.
I've worked with CEOs, senior executives and leadership teams at companies like BMW, HSBC, Deloitte, De Beers, Lufthansa, RTL, and the OECD — across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. The work ranges from designing and facilitating strategy processes with leadership teams, to building strategic thinking capability across entire organizations, to coaching leaders who are expected to provide direction but were never explicitly taught how.
After 20 years in boardrooms and leadership teams, I noticed the same pattern everywhere: most strategy fails not because leaders lack intelligence or ambition — but because they are operating without a coherent system for thinking about, designing, and leading strategy.
